This website is operated by Vardhan Cosmetics (GSTIN 23EDZPB2530L1ZD), trading as VINIMIST, registered at 02, Kalptaru Extension, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh 456001, India. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vardhan Cosmetics. By visiting this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We make every effort to show product colours, packaging and descriptions accurately. Fragrance perception varies from person to person, and product images are for illustration. Our fragrances are for external use only; please do a patch test and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children, eyes and open flame.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are Maximum Retail Prices inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or fraudulently. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, return, refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property

The VINIMIST name, logo, product names, images and all content on this website belong to Vardhan Cosmetics and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Grievances and contact

For any question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at support@vinimist.com or +91 99199 17167. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
