Shipping policy

VINIMIST is a brand of Vardhan Cosmetics. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send a tracking link by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

Delivery attempts & address

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged parcels

If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged at delivery, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Refund Policy).
